About
IQ Waterborne PU Waterproof Coating is a single-component, water-based polyurethane that cures to a seamless, highly elastic waterproof membrane. Solvent-free, non-toxic and odourless, it is cold-applied by roller, brush or spray and bonds strongly to cement, concrete, stone and metal. Its high elongation bridges cracks and absorbs substrate movement, while excellent ageing and weather resistance give long-lasting protection — a clean, eco-friendly alternative to solvent-based PU coatings for roofs, wet areas and structural surfaces.

Apply on a sound, dry, clean substrate at ≥ 5°C — not over damp surfaces or in rain. Reinforce joints, corners and pipe penetrations with polyester fabric; allow each coat to dry before the next.
